The extinguishing system is specially designed to protect vehicle engines. Of course, it can also be used for other purposes. What is new is that detection is no longer carried out with a hose filled with pressure, but with an electrical heat detection cable. The sensitivity to the harsh environmental conditions was thereby significantly reduced. The extinguishing system is thus perfectly equipped for robust use under fluctuating operating conditions. The heat detection cable is laid in the engine compartment to be protected for fire detection. If the trigger temperature of 180°C is exceeded, a real-time alarm is sent to a display in the driver's cab. The communication between the electronic control unit and the display is wireless. The deletion then takes place automatically. The liquid extinguishing agent flows through the extinguishing agent line to the extinguishing nozzles. The fire is extinguished.

  • FM-approved linear heat-sensing cable withstands extreme engine bay temperatures
    - Almost no limitation in the detection length
    - 10 year product life
    - High release temperature to withstand very hot and cramped engine compartments (180°C)
  • Easy installation: quick installation through wireless communication between displays and electronic control unit
  • Low maintenance = lower life cycle costs and less downtime
  • Liquid-based agent (water mist) with glycol-free antifreeze Freezing point (-55 °C)
  • Easy to clean up after agent application /much less corrosive than powder
  • No flashback, no chemicals and fluorine free
  • Only one extinguishing agent container needs to be installed, the patented double-chamber technology combines the propellant gas and the extinguishing agent in one container.
  • Works in any position (horizontal, vertical, upside down)
  • Easy to deactivate when working on the vehicle
  • Easy to refill (no pump or additional equipment required)
  • A worldwide trained partner network
